Electricity Generation

Electricity Interconnectors
In order to construct or reconstruct an electricity interconnector, a person must have an Authorisation from the CRU to Construct or Reconstruct.
Electricity Wayleave Consents
An electricity wayleave grants an electricity provider the right to install, use and maintain electricity apparatus over privately owned land. There are two wayleaves, Section 48 and Section 49.
Electricity Supply
The CRU grants, revokes and enforces Electricity Supply Licences. Any person or company who intends to supply electricity to a final customer requires a supply licence from the CRU.
LPG Safety

Special Orders
