The CRU prepares an annual Work Plan which sets out actions to achieve Strategic Plan priorities and objectives within defined timelines. The plan is submitted to the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications and Housing, Local Government and Heritage annually by 30th November.
The Workplan reflects our expanding functions, and the acceleration of our work to protect and empower customers to deliver on national policy goals for a secure transition to a new-zero carbon economy.
