We have published a Proposed Decision Paper for new non-domestic water and wastewater tariffs to apply to non-domestic customers commencing on 01 October 2025.
The paper sets out the CRU proposed decision and its assessment of Uisce Éireann’s submission on setting non-domestic tariffs for 01 October 2025 to assist affected customers and interested parties to consider and provide feedback on the consultation.
The CRU wishes to seek views from the public on the CRU proposed decision before the CRU makes a final decision on the new water and wastewater tariffs to apply on 01 October 2025. Comments should be submitted via the consultation platform, by close of business on Thursday, 17 April 2025.
